Process discription
In the whole dehydration process, the adsorption time is mainly adjusted according to the feed flow, and the adsorption time is about 8-15 minutes at full load. Product quality is monitored through export analysis. The feed flow and pressure of molecular sieve bed in adsorption are controlled by flow regulator and pressure regulator of molecular sieve dehydration unit. Under certain operating conditions, the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent for water is determined by the performance of the adsorbent. Therefore, to adjust the output of the product, the adsorption time needs to be extended. However, the extension of the adsorption time is easy to cause the bed penetrating adsorption, so that the product can not reach the dehydration depth. During the operation, we must pay attention not to the penetrating adsorption! The higher the feed flow rate is, the shorter the contact time is, and the less water is adsorbed. In order to improve the product purity, it is necessary to reduce the feed flow and increase the contact time.
When an adsorption tower completes the adsorption, close the inlet program-controlled valve, and the tower enters the regeneration process. The regeneration of the adsorption tower is completed by decompression, evacuation, pressurization and other steps. Each step of the regeneration cycle is based on a timing or pre event, which is completed by setting the valve opening at the position indicated on the valve program diagram, and adjusted by the control system.
