Technology Application:

 

The new technology of dehydration with variable temperature and pressure(FTrPSA)is adopted, featuring in low energy consumption (each ton of ethanol products only consumes 0.1 ton od steam), High purity( the concentration of the ethanol products can exceed 99.995%) And high yield(The compared membrane separation method is of higher yield), And the dehydrated molecular sieve is the OEM designated by DAVY technology of UK, and the technology and devices are sold overseas.

 

Process discription

 

In the whole decompression process, the power provided by the system comes from the vacuum system. According to our company's previous ethanol dehydration engineering experience, water ring vacuum unit is selected to form vacuum in this scheme. The ethanol water mixture to be pumped is cooled by the regeneration condenser and then enters the regeneration buffer tank, and the non condensable gas is pumped out of the battery limit through the evacuation pipeline.

In the process of suction, due to the pressure difference is not consistent, so the inlet of the vacuum system depends on the program-controlled valve to control the desorption flow. When the pressure is reduced, the opening of the program-controlled valve is adjusted to the predetermined position. With the change of pressure, the opening of the program-controlled valve changes, until the final opening of the program-controlled valve is reached.
