Process principle
The adsorption separation of gas mixture is realized in a fixed adsorption bed. One or more adsorbents are filled in the adsorption bed. When the mixed gas enters the adsorption bed under a certain pressure, due to the different adsorption characteristics of gas components, different components form adsorption enrichment areas at different positions of the adsorption bed. The strongest adsorption component is concentrated at the inlet end of the adsorption bed, and the weakest adsorption component is concentrated at the outlet end of the adsorption bed, The enrichment areas of the other components are distributed in the middle of the adsorption bed with the difference of adsorption strength.
