Technology Application:

 

The new technology of dehydration with variable temperature and pressure(FTrPSA)is adopted, featuring in low energy consumption (each ton of ethanol products only consumes 0.1 ton od steam), High purity( the concentration of the ethanol products can exceed 99.995%) And high yield(The compared membrane separation method is of higher yield), And the dehydrated molecular sieve is the OEM designated by DAVY technology of UK, and the technology and devices are sold overseas.

In order to effectively achieve gas adsorption separation and purification, in addition to the adsorbent to have good adsorption performance, the regeneration process of adsorbent is very important. The adsorption capacity of adsorbent for gas components is limited. When the adsorption reaches saturation, its adsorption performance will decline or even lose. The so-called regeneration of adsorbent is a process to restore the adsorption performance of adsorbent. The regeneration degree of adsorbent affects the purity of product and the adsorption capacity of adsorbent. Therefore, the selection of suitable regeneration method plays an important role in the industrialization of adsorption separation technology.

The device makes the molecular sieve in a vacuum state, and the moisture absorbed by the molecular sieve escapes in vapor phase to remove the moisture, so as to regenerate the molecular sieve adsorption bed. The matching pipeline valve and automatic control system automatically operate the molecular sieve adsorption device to alternately dry and regenerate each molecular sieve adsorption bed.
