In order to effectively achieve gas adsorption separation and purification, in addition to the adsorbent to have good adsorption performance, the regeneration process of adsorbent is very important. The adsorption capacity of adsorbent for gas components is limited. When the adsorption reaches saturation, its adsorption performance will decline or even lose. The so-called regeneration of adsorbent is a process to restore the adsorption performance of adsorbent. The regeneration degree of adsorbent affects the purity of product and the adsorption capacity of adsorbent. Therefore, the selection of suitable regeneration method plays an important role in the industrialization of adsorption separation technology.
The device makes the molecular sieve in a vacuum state, and the moisture absorbed by the molecular sieve escapes in vapor phase to remove the moisture, so as to regenerate the molecular sieve adsorption bed.
