Technology Application:
Methanol and deionized water are mixed evenly. After vaporization and overheating, under certain conditions of temperature, pressure and catalyst, mixed raw material for reforming reaction to produce reforming gas containing H2, CO and CO2. After pressure swing adsorption(PSA) separation and purification, high purity hydrogen product is prepared.
Adsorption: a phenomena and process is that when the two material of different physical phases contact, the material molecules with low density enrich in the surface of which with high density. Adsorbing material (usually a porous solid density is relatively large ) is known as the adsorbent, adsorbed material (usually a gas density is relatively small) is called as adsorbate. According to the nature of the different adsorption, it can be divided into four categories, namely: the chemical adsorption, activated adsorption, capillary condensation and physical adsorption.
Physical adsorption is to rely on the adsorption of molecular force between the agent and the adsorbate molecules (including Van der Waals' force and electromagnetic force) .Its characteristics are: no chemical reaction in the process of adsorption, adsorption process was quick, and this adsorption is completely reversible.
