Technology Application:
We have complete intellectual property patent for the first domestic purification process of marsh gas and the sole new process of hydrogen production form marsh gas technology with low costs in China. It is successfully adopted for the marsh gas of waste water processing to recover the methane, the landfill gas of municipal refuse to purify the methane, the landfill gas to decarburization, the marsh gas to produce the CNG, and the hydrogen production from marsh gas purification.
The biogas hydrogen production system is mainly composed of three production units, namely methane concentration unit, steam reforming unit and purification separation unit. The methane concentration unit includes: methane compression, methane desulfurization and methane concentration; The steam reforming unit includes five process projects: natural gas compression, fine desulfurization, steam reforming reaction, intermediate temperature shift reaction, waste heat recovery and self-produced medium pressure steam; The purification and separation unit is pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process for hydrogen purification.
At present, the main processes of biogas concentration are: wet decarburization, membrane separation, pressure swing adsorption decarburization; The membrane separation yield is high, but the membrane materials require high cleanliness of raw materials, and need a certain resistance drop, resulting in a certain energy consumption; Pressure swing adsorption decarbonization technology has the characteristics of low investment, low energy consumption and high degree of automation. After the successful development of special adsorbent materials, the methane yield has been greatly improved on the original basis. Therefore, the process of pressure swing adsorption decarbonization is adopted in this scheme.
