Technology Application:
The conversion workshop section has optimized the conversion efficiency and material consumption with the raw material of natural gas and other light hydrocarbon. The Two-high THiPSATM technology is adopted for the PSA workshop section to guarantee the high yield and purity of the hydrogen, the technology has reached the world advanced level.
For the reformer, the unit is small and medium-sized, and the primary reformer process of hydrocarbon steam reforming can fully meet the process requirements, with less investment, simple process and easy temperature control, so it is still the preferred process for hydrogen production from natural gas conversion.
Because the content of CO in the conversion gas is much lower than that of coal gasification, and there is excess unreacted steam in the mixture, a medium temperature conversion process is adopted, and no additional process steam is needed. The operation process is simple, and the catalyst runs reliably, which can achieve the same life as the conversion catalyst, or even longer.
The shift gas passes through the boiler water preheater and desalted water preheater in turn to recover the waste heat by-product steam. After passing through the shift gas water separator, it goes to the PSA process to extract hydrogen. PSA analytic gas is returned to reformer for combustion and heat recovery.
PSA is a mature gas separation technology with high degree of automation, low power consumption and heat energy consumption. The service life of adsorbent and equipment is more than 15 years. For the PSA device for hydrogen production, the purity of hydrogen is as high as 99.999%, the yield of hydrogen can reach ~ 90%, the pressure loss of hydrogen is very small, and the service life of adsorbent can reach 15 years As well as methanation, cuprammonium washing absorption process does not have.
