Description:

 

Take the refinery dry gas recovery as an example, the coupling process of cold and light oil + PSA is adopted with the adsorption with the cold and light oil, PSA adsorption and low temperature distillation recovery. The products of C2 component such as ethylene and ethane-rich light hydrocarbons have a higher purity and yield of more than 93%.

 

Introduction of double high PSA (THiPSA) technology

 

Traditional pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology has the contradictory relationship that the product purity and yield are inversely proportional. In order to obtain high purity products and improve the product yield as much as possible, the traditional PSA technology usually adopts multiple pressure equalizing or multi-stage pressure swing adsorption, but the actual effect of improving the yield is very limited, and even the product purity is not up to standard, And increased equipment investment and operational risk.

On this basis, Tiancai technology has developed the double high PSA (thipsatm) technology through years of technical experience in the field of PSA gas separation, which aims to ensure the purity of the product and effectively improve the yield of the product. Thipsatm technology consists of a series of proprietary technologies: (1) development of Tiancai special adsorbent with large adsorption capacity, ultra-low dead space rate and high performance;(2) The technical means of differential pressure, classification and staggered step PSA are innovated; (3) PSA technology as the core, organic coupling temperature swing adsorption, cryogenic, shallow cooling, distillation, absorption, membrane separation and other separation technology, to overcome the limitations of a single technology itself. The contradiction between purity and yield of traditional PSA technology can be effectively solved by using thipsatm technology, which is suitable for hydrogen production (hydrogen production from natural gas, methanol, coal, etc.), hydrogen extraction with high impurity content (hydrogen extraction from refinery tail gas and petrochemical tail gas), hydrogen extraction from coal chemical industry (hydrogen extraction from raw gas and coke oven gas), hydrogen extraction from chlor alkali tail gas, hydrogen extraction from polysilicon tail gas, etc Dehydration of fuel ethanol, etc.
