Description:
Separate and purify the CO2 products of food grade with the raw material of CO2-rich gas source, such as fermentation gas, conversion gas, decarburization gas, natural mine gas and gas form thermal power plant after PSA concentration and purification.
As the raw material of syngas, CO is widely used in chemical industry, including the synthesis of low-carbon alcohols such as methanol and ethanol, formic acid and dimethyl ether. The separation and purification of CO2 first reduces carbon emissions, protects the environment and meets the requirements of sustainable development. At the same time, CO2 can be purified to get food grade CO2, which is widely used in food industry and has certain economic value.
The pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology is adopted in the co purification of TECHAIRS company. The core material is a special co adsorbent with chemical complexation reaction, which has large adsorption capacity and selectivity. It solves the problem that the traditional PSA adsorbent is difficult to separate CO from CH4 and N2, and obtains high purity CO products. TECHAIRS CO2 purification technology adopts the technology of absorbing additional low temperature, concentrating CO2 with PSA to produce more than 95% purity, and then entering the cold box to obtain high purity food grade CO2. At the same time, the non condensable gas is returned to PSA for reuse, which has high product yield.
Unlike the traditional PSA technology, CO and CO2 PSA purification technology get products from the adsorption phase. Relatively speaking, the purity of products from the adsorption phase is not as good as that from the non adsorption phase. Therefore, special design is needed in the process and logic control to meet the requirements of product purity.
