The fault diagnosis function
The control system has automatic diagnosis and alarm processing according to the parameters of pressure, valve position detection, the purity of the product, temperature, flow rate of automatic process or equipment failure, as well as self diagnosis the main fault of control system of its own: CPU failure, communication failure.
Fault tower switch and recovery
In the process of pressure swing adsorption, any fault such as valve, solenoid valve control circuit and other issues make the tower not work properly, need to cut off the tower and operate the rest, to ensure uninterrupted production, this is the key to improve the reliability of pressure swing adsorption, also a core technology of the pressure swing adsorption control.
Process as follows:
A. judgment of fault tower (according to pressure, valve testing, impurity);
B. program alarm and switch automatically (or manually by the operator after the confirmation), shut off all control valve of the fault tower;
C. system will run a new program automatically start from the minimum point of pressure disturbance;
When the fault tower is repaired and to be put into normal operation, the software can automatically find the best recovery as for large fluctuations and even failures, so that the system is stable and safe.
Recovery process is as follows:
A. the operator sends tower recovery instruction after the fault processing is completed;
B. program according to the stress state of the tower, automatically determine the optimal step in the recovery;
C. automatic program until the best point in time to make the tower without disturbance recovery enters into the best step, put into operation.
