Absorption
After feed gas enters absorption tower from the bottom, impure components in feed gas will be absorbed on a selective basis by multiple kinds of adsorbents. Hydrogen not absorbed will be used as product gas and conveyed to user. With this step, conforming product gas can be obtained.
Desorption
① Equalization depressurization
After finishing absorption, high-pressure hydrogen in tower will conveyed to other low-pressure absorption tower having realized regeneration along absorption direction. This process not only is a depressurization process but also absorbs hydrogen in adsorbent bed space. It includes three times of continuous equalization depressurization, so that hydrogen can be fully recovered.
